Rossel Group is the biggest French speaking media company in Belgian and northern France. Known for publications like Le Soir and La Voix du Nord, the group delivers news and advertising solutions in print, digital and audiovisual media. As an Ad Integrator, I contributed to optimizing and managing digital advertising. Ensuring seamless integration across platforms, web and app, to enhance performance and user experience.

Tasks

• Implementing and maintaining ads on the group’s website and mobile apps.

• Setting up and configurings tags in GAM and other ad servers.

• Deploying solutions such as Header Bidding and Video Players.

• Acting as liaison between internal teams and technology partners.

• Conducting studies, planning and implementing ad-related technical projects.

• Assisting in the setup of digital campaigns and special advertising operations.

• Writing and executing test scenarios to ensure ad functionality.

Agency 8trust

8Trust is a Belgian web agency specializing in development and consulting, offering tailored solutions for businesses. With a dynamic and creative team, 8Trust supports its clients in website creation, maintenance, hosting, and digital marketing, focusing on high-performance and innovative solutions. As a Full Stack Developer Intern, this experience allowed you to develop a well-rounded expertise in web development, covering both front-end and back-end aspects while gaining valuable teamwork and agency workflow experience.

Tasks

• Performing regular updates, fixing CSS bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring application security.

BAEF

The Belgian American Educational Foundation (BAEF) is an independent philanthropic organization that fosters academic exchanges between Belgium and the United States. Founded in 1920, it provides scholarships to deserving students, researchers, and professionals, promoting the exchange of knowledge and cultural development between the two nations.

As a volunteer Archivist at BAEF, I had the opportunity to contribute to preserving its rich historical heritage. My main task was to write an archival book by conducting a detailed inventory of the organization's archival collections. To accomplish this, I quickly took on mastering the LaTeX typesetting language, which allowed me to structure and format the book professionally and accurately. This experience not only enhanced my technical skills but also deepened my appreciation for the importance of preserving and showcasing historical archives.

Brussels Book Fair

At the Brussel Book Fair, I worked as an Animator where I created an interactive activity for young people aged 8 to 16 to learn more about the various French expressions spoken around the world. This project allowed me to combine creativity and education while fostering cross-cultural awareness. I collaborated with a team of 30 students from Haute-École de Henallux and also worked closely with the Prix Farniente, which helped me refine my project management skills throughout the session. Over the course of four days, we engaged around 1500 young participants, providing them with an enriching, hands-on learning experience about the diversity of the Francophone world.

Royal Belgian Film Archive

At the Koninklijke Filmarchief van België, I worked as an intern Archivist where I focused on organizing and documenting the archival collection of Flemish filmmaker Rik Kuypers. My main responsibility was to meticulously catalog and create detailed descriptions of the collection, primarily in Dutch. This involved not only preserving valuable materials but also ensuring that they were easily accessible for researchers and future generations. The internship also allowed me to improve my Dutch language skills while deepening my understanding of film preservation and archival practices. I had the privilege of working with an important collection of Belgian cinematic history.

CIUSS

At the Integrated University Centre for Health and Social Services of Estrie (Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux de l'Estrie), I worked as an Archivist, where I focused on managing electronic documents and processing data within the center’s systems. One of my key responsibilities was designing complex architecture that could be utilized by all 6500 employees of the center. I also provided specialized support to individuals with data requests, offering personalized assistance as needed. Additionally, I was responsible for creating colorful tools to improve the experience for the center's clientele, making information more accessible and visually engaging.
